Do you work on individual rooms?
Yes. Engagements can begin with a consultation, a focused planning or selection service, or a design concept for one room.
Can you design commercial spaces?
Yes. Commercial work may include offices, retail, restaurants, hospitality properties, and other business interiors, subject to the confirmed project scope.
Are purchases and contractor work included?
Not automatically. Design fees cover the services and deliverables stated in the written proposal. Furniture, materials, trade labor, permits, engineering, shipping, and third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.
Does a listed price apply to every project?
Listed prices are the provided starting or project prices. The final proposal reflects size, complexity, deliverables, revisions, schedule, and the information available at scoping.
What should I send with an inquiry?
Share the property type, location, rooms involved, approximate size, desired timing, budget range, and what is not working in the current space. Photos or plans can follow after the initial reply.
